**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced Tender Writer/Proposal Content Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contributing towards the writing requirements of our tender application process and producing engaging final tender presentations.

You will deliver exceptional written content and proposal development across our national business to promote the company and its services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working with our tendering team to coordinate submissions to a high standard within strict timeframes.
  • Writing, editing, reviewing, and proofreading submissions.
  • Sourcing and creating marketing materials to support submissions.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and support submission.
  • Assisting with developing strategies to improve our win ratio.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Experience in Allied Health or a similar industry is preferred).
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Understanding and experience of AI applications.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to blend technical, persuasive, and creative writing techniques as needed.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond quickly and effectively to changing priorities to meet submission timelines.
  • Work experience in corporate health is highly regarded.

$75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. East Coast based would be beneficial; with a better working knowledge of NSW, VIC, and QLD also an advantage due to time differences.
