This is a pivotal position within our organisation, responsible for ensuring employee compliance and engagement through targeted training initiatives.

About the Position:
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with departmental managers to develop and implement tailored training programs.
  • Oversight of labour hire agency employee compliance, scheduling of training sessions, management of office resources, and coordination of trainer availability are key responsibilities within this role.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships across the unit is crucial in delivering high-quality services to staff, line managers, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily support for the business unit encompasses all aspects of training and compliance.
  • Management of end-to-end tasks related to the employee training life cycle.
  • Accurate records of training attendance, completion, and relevant data must be maintained.
Requirements:
  • Availability Monday to Friday for a standard 38 hour week.
  • Prior experience in coordinating and delivering training is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of two years' hands-on experience in a training role is preferred.
