We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Retail Store Design Manager. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working pattern, operating across multiple locations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-to-end support and guidance to our store development team in the ANZ region. This includes high-level project management of new store openings, as well as refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive project management for creative solutions across all retail store formats
  • Prepare detailed architectural briefs and adopt a collaborative design approach
  • Conduct thorough site surveys and provide expert architectural and construction feedback
  • Effectively manage relationships with external consultants and contractors
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess significant experience in multi-project construction management within the retail or hospitality sectors. You should also have excellent written and clear communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to building lasting partnerships.

A strong understanding of the retail, design, and construction industries is essential, as well as a high level of attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Excel is also required, with experience in CAD software being an advantage.
