We are seeking a Store Planner to join our team, working across Kmart and Target. This role is responsible for preparing architectural drawings for new stores, refurbishments, and special projects.

Job Description:

  • Prepare accurate, consistent, and high-quality architectural drawings for all new stores, refurbishments, office layout projects, and business initiative projects.
  • Ensure all plans meet approved business standards and requirements.
  • Engage key stakeholder groups to achieve successful project delivery.
  • Deliver to agreed planning timelines.
  • Partner with external consultants such as architects, engineers, planning consultants, building surveyors, and contractors.
  • Participate in site visits and sign off meetings.
  • Conduct and prepare scope requirements where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Drafting or Bachelor's Degree in architecture.
  • Similar experience in high-paced roles within architectural design and construction industries managing external consultants.
  • Relevant experience in retail design/store planning with demonstrated knowledge of building code requirements.
  • Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD. Sketchup experience highly regarded.
