Your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the strategy and long-term vision for the digital value stream
  • Lead the product discovery process and develop a deep understanding of customer pain points, market gaps, and opportunities
  • Work collaboratively across the business to carve out product solutions and roadmaps that deliver high-quality customer experiences and improve business metrics
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog to deliver on objectives and key commercial outcomes
  • Support business readiness, release management, and incident management processes

What matters most:

  • Demonstrated expertise as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst supporting digital products
  • Be obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative use of technology
  • Strong documentation, analytical, and process modelling skills
  • Curious mindset and problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to challenge and question thinking in a constructive manner
