Vehicle Salesperson/Trainee Job Description

  • Ensure a tidy and organized showroom to create a positive customer experience
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the local market and a good understanding of the region
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to conduct test drives
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred but not essential
