Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our retail team. This is an exciting opportunity to create exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Actively engage with customers, providing product knowledge and recommendations to facilitate sales
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay up-to-date with new offerings
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations and a positive shopping environment
  • Participate in merchandising and stock management activities to maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor
