Job Opportunity:

Project Coordinator and Scheduler

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage and maintain schedules, resource balancing, and track milestone progress. As a key member of the project management team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Project Management and/or experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMBOK). They will also possess high-level organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely achievement of milestones and deadlines
  • Identifying potential project schedule delays and escalating them to relevant stakeholders
  • Preparing project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and meeting minutes
  • Assisting in project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with project managers and team members
  • Supporting the project team with the development, implementation, monitoring, delivery, and evaluation of all aspects of the project
