Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Business Credit team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, assessing, structuring, and making decisions on business submissions.

Key responsibilities include ensuring loan documentation reflects all approval conditions, conducting periodic reviews to monitor and ensure the risk-rating is appropriate, initiating and implementing remedial actions to keep the Bank's exposure within its risk appetite, coaching and mentoring colleagues to promote a best-practice risk culture throughout the organization, and fostering open and empathic communication with teams to support a unified approach.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in credit risk management, including exercising credit approval authority within a major financial institution
  • Strong financial acumen enabling analysis of financial statements, assessment of complex corporate structures, and evaluation of risk factors comprehensively
  • Demonstrated ability to develop structured, tailored credit solutions that account for risk mitigation strategies, cash flow adequacy, and property or asset valuations
  • Knowledge of banking policies, regulatory expectations, and risk frameworks
