Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing daily airport activities
- Supervising staff performance
- Managing compliance programs effectively
- Maintaining high standards in airport facilities
- Current Aerodrome Reporting Officer certification
- Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate
- Proven experience in managing airports, safety systems and compliance programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent planning, reporting and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Current C Class Driver's Licence, Police Clearance and ASIC Card
Desirable: Local Government airport management experience, knowledge of ramp operations and refuelling, pest management and weed control certification, training or supervisory experience.
