Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description: As an Aged Care Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to nursing practice
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities aimed at enhancing resident outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience working in aged care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
