Establish a thriving knowledge mobilisation ecosystem by joining our dynamic team as Principal Research Fellow - Knowledge Mobilisation Lead.

This pivotal role requires an experienced leader who specialises in evidence-based capability building, workforce development, and strategic collaboration. The successful candidate will design and deliver innovative programs that foster inclusive and accessible practices in adult learning.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement diverse capability-building activities aligned with sector needs and research expertise.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including industry partners, government agencies, and community organisations.
  • Leverage technology to enhance knowledge sharing and capacity building across the disability employment services sector.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, preferably a Master's degree or higher, in Adult Learning, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex programs, with a strong track record of achieving desired outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in adult learning pedagogy, workforce development, and strategic collaboration.
