This is a senior leadership role that focuses on mobilising knowledge and enhancing workforce capabilities.
About the Role:We are seeking an individual to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive knowledge mobilisation strategy, focusing on building and strengthening workforce capabilities across various sectors.
The successful candidate will design and deliver diverse capability-building activities based on evidence and sector needs. This includes developing and implementing a workforce skills and needs analysis, working with stakeholders to ensure alignment between research, strategy, and practice, and contributing to the evaluation of impact.
Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting staff, preparing reports, providing presentations to stakeholders, and participating in the Centre's broader work.
- Demonstrated expertise in knowledge mobilisation, adult learning pedagogy, and design.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workforce capability-building frameworks in complex environments.
- Understanding of inclusive and accessible practices in knowledge mobilisation and adult learning.
To be suitable for this role, you must have a Master's degree in Adult Learning, Education, Organisational Development, or a related field. You should demonstrate deep expertise in knowledge mobilisation, strong knowledge of adult learning pedagogy and design, and experience in designing and implementing workforce capability-building frameworks.
You should possess excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You should also be able to communicate complex ideas effectively and make informed decisions based on evidence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to embedding inclusive and accessible practices into all aspects of capability development.
