Job Description

Technical Field Service Specialist - Control Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Field Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch technical support to our customers.

Your primary focus will be on providing specialist installation and maintenance support for complex software control systems and equipment. You will work closely with our engineering and management teams to ensure site operations and maintenance activities align with technical requirements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to travel extensively across the Asia-Pacific Region, visiting customer sites and working collaboratively with colleagues and customers to provide technical guidance and resolve complex technical problems.

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, modifications, adjustments, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting tasks on software control systems and equipment supporting gas turbines and compressors.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to convey technical concepts effectively to customers and internal stakeholders.
