Technology plays a crucial role in facilitating our day-to-day activities. In this dynamic environment, the System Administrator position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security and performance of our core systems.

This involves proactively monitoring system health, managing user access and testing backups to ensure seamless operations. Additionally, they will be responsible for deploying updates, acting as a technical support expert and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to maintain smooth system performance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to evaluate new tools and technologies, support upgrades, improve digital workflows and champion automation initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity. You will also collaborate with colleagues to train staff on new systems, document processes and gather requirements to align technology with organisational objectives.

To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. A solutions-focused mindset, proactive attitude and strong communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
