Senior Disability Employment Manager

We are seeking a passionate and values-driven leader to spearhead the setup of our Inclusive Employment program.
This role is ideal for someone with senior experience in disability employment programs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and deliver the Inclusive Employment program ensuring high-performing, participant-centred service models.
- Develop blended employment models in collaboration with our Customised Employment team.
- Drive success in line with our performance framework.
- Build workforce capability.
- Lead compliance and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to legislation and relevant standards.
- Foster key stakeholder engagement and partnerships with sector partners.
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience in disability employment.
- Deep understanding of person-centred employment models.
- Strong record in contract performance and outcome-based delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Solutions-focused thinker able to persist and work collaboratively to achieve goals.
- Full-time position.
- Mid-senior level management role.
