Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering complex structural projects, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver structural projects, including buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in structural engineering, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals, identifying new opportunities and developing innovative solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in structural engineering, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent technical skills, with a deep understanding of structural analysis and design
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to lead and manage project teams, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop innovative solutions
