The Opportunity
As a Regional Manager at Camp Australia, you will lead proactive and productive engagement with partner schools to ensure we are fulfilling our operational commitments.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and customers through the direct management of their portfolio of services.
- Lead a team of Service Leaders to deliver high quality experiences and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.
- Partner and collaborate with the broader CA team on activities to ensure the ongoing retention of key school contracts.
- Improve the experience for children and families who attend our service, helping to address any existing school challenges.

About You
- Resilient mindset and ability to channel stressful situations to a positive outcome.
- Good understanding of the Outside School Hours Care industry, including current educational practices and pedagogies.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pitch messaging at all levels of the organisation and externally to partners and parents.
- Leadership experience in a childcare setting or OSHC service.
