The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Membership Manager to join our team at our Robina club. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Member Support Consultants to achieve membership growth and create a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily workflow of the club's MSC team to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Achieve individual sales targets to contribute to the team's success
  • Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves daily performance criteria
  • Assist with sales training to develop the MSC team
  • Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
  • Respond to member enquiries within 24 hours
  • Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
About You
  • Proven sales and customer service experience with a track record of hitting KPIs
  • Understanding of the sales cycle and various sales techniques
  • Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes
  • Previous experience of managing and mentoring a team
  • Ability to set and motivate others towards a goal
  • Experience using business computer systems
