Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Onboarding Project Managers through the entire client onboarding process
  • Resolve escalations, manage project timelines, and ensure seamless handoffs to Customer Success
  • Oversee data conversions, integrations, and project documentation

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in client onboarding & data conversions
  • Strong leadership, communication & project coordination skills
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Excel
  • Experience working with enterprise SaaS or tech implementation teams
