Client Services Officer

Responsibilities
Provide exemplary client experience by actioning tasks within agreed response timeframes in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
Build trust and rapport with clients through empathetic, friendly, and patient interactions.
Advocate for Feros Care services and identify opportunities to recommend these services to clients.
Guide clients through their aged care journey, including familiarity with MyAgedCare, funded programs, service options, and eligibility criteria.
Maintain high-level telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills to deliver respectful caller engagement.
Meet operational requirements and key performance indicators.
Assist other teams as required to ensure operational needs are met.
What You'll Bring
Experience in customer service (think: contact centres, retail, hospitality - all welcome)
Well-developed communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
High level of computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Previous experience in the aged and/or community care industry.
Previous experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound client service environment
