Job Overview

We offer a unique opportunity for an experienced repair professional to deliver exceptional services to our customers. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the performance and longevity of our technology solutions.

Your primary focus will be on conducting planned and ad-hoc service visits to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair technical systems. You will also be required to perform commissioning and decommissioning of rental equipment while ensuring compliance with safety protocols and documenting activities.

To succeed in this role, you must have essential qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical or Heavy Mobile Equipment fields. A strong commitment to safety protocols and compliance measures is also necessary. Additionally, flexibility to respond to customer demands and a self-starter mentality with a drive to fulfill customer requirements efficiently are essential.

  • You will report directly to the Service Manager to ensure all repairs meet our standards.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements to prevent equipment downtime.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work independently while providing thorough reports to the regional office. Desirable familiarity with mining, manufacturing, oil and gas, or production/assembly environments would be beneficial. Previous experience in a workshop or repair setting is preferred.

Your role will be based at our customer center located in Sydney, with a substantial portion of your time dedicated to visiting customers within your designated area across Australia.
