Job Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Cement Plant Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of plant equipment, ensuring efficient production processes and adhering to strict safety protocols.

About the Position
  • Key responsibilities include batching and mixing concrete to specified mix designs, safe operation of heavy machinery, managing day-to-day administration tasks, participating in safety initiatives, and general yard and equipment maintenance.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in the cement industry or related field is essential. A sound understanding of computer systems and ability to work with multiple software packages is also required.
  • Flexibility and willingness to cover various responsibilities across the plant, as well as a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
