Overview

We are currently looking for a full-time Plant Operator to join our team and meet the interesting challenges of production operations at our depot 5 days a week at Stuart in the Townsville Region.

Rates $32.10 - $37.95/hour + Super + Overtime.

You will be required Monday to Friday, with some weekend work as needed.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operate the Depot mobile equipment (forklifts)
  • Collect and analyse cement production samples
  • Load & unload Iso Containers and load Cement Tankers
  • Make bulk bags of cement
  • Grease and clean mobile machinery
  • Perform inspections on both fixed and mobile plant equipment
  • Comply with Wagners Obligations under Chain of Responsibility
What You\'ll Bring
  • Forklift licence (an advantage)
  • Manual car licence
  • Familiarity with computers
  • Experience working in a continuous manufacturing workplace (preferable)
  • Willingness to learn and a flexible "can-do" attitude
