About This Opportunity
This Care Advocate - Sleep Solutions will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' overall experience with ResMed's sleep care products and services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within our existing customer base.
Key Accountabilities
- Servicing our customers' diverse needs through multiple touchpoints, ensuring seamless communication and a positive brand image.
- Building trust and rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Maximizing revenue growth through efficient and effective sales strategies, focusing on cross-selling and upselling our comprehensive product portfolio.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Highly analytical and result-driven, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
