We're on the hunt for a Customer Experience and Retention Lead who can turn every customer interaction into a memorable journey
The Gig:
You'll be the mastermind behind optimising on-site experiences, crafting personalised email flows, and driving loyalty through creative retention strategies. From perfecting search functionality to managing loyalty programmes and on-site quizzes, you'll make sure customers keep coming back for more.
What You'll Do:
- Design seamless and engaging customer journeys across the website.
- Create retention strategies that keep customers coming back (and raving about the brand).
- Optimise Klaviyo email and SMS flows to boost post-purchase engagement.
- Manage loyalty programmes and customer reviews to build a community of brand advocates.
- Dive into the data to spot trends, measure success, and find opportunities to improve.
- Work with the marketing and product teams to ensure a consistent, customer-first experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years' experience in customer experience, eCommerce, or retention.
- Pro with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
- Data-driven decision maker with a creative flair.
- A people person who's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Bonus points if you're into running or have an active lifestyle
