We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Project Planning & Control (PP&C) Analyst to play a crucial role in the implementation and management of systems designed to plan and monitor project performance, ensuring compliance with both customer and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare performance and financial reports in alignment with the established reporting schedule, providing insightful analysis and evaluation of ongoing project performance. Support project managers and control account managers in the planning, analysis, and evaluation of project cost and schedule performance. Maintain the integrity of data presented in performance reports and estimates at completion. Promote and demonstrate a culture of continuous improvement, integrating values and methodologies into business practices. Exhibit a solid understanding of Earned Value Management Systems, project planning and scheduling, risk management, and program management. Generate and interpret standard reports and metrics across various functional areas. Display an intermediate understanding of the assumptions in Estimates at Completion and their impact on sales and earnings.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

A University Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Proven track record of customer focus and effective communication across job functions. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for facilitating decision-making processes.
