We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Medical Imaging team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a supportive and collaborative environment, where you will work across both hospitals, helping to build capability and confidence in our nursing workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that enhance the nursing workforce's capabilities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging professional growth within the team.
- Provide one-to-one teaching, support, and in-service education tailored to team and individual needs.
- Take on a leadership role as a mentor, preceptor, and role model, promoting collaboration and shared learning.
- Work closely with nursing staff and managers to identify education priorities and address learning needs.
- Contribute expertise to the development and review of procedures and guidelines, ensuring best practice is at the core of our care.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Relevant post-registration qualification in education or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering education and applying learning and assessment principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- A Monday to Friday roster with no night shifts or weekends.
- A positive culture with staff-led committees organizing fundraising and awareness events.
- Innovation in practice, with new programs implemented to streamline workflows and improve staff experience.
