This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Nurse Educator within the Medical Imaging team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our hospitals in Gosford and Wyong.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive education programs for nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Provide one-to-one teaching, support, and in-service education, empowering nursing staff to excel in their roles.
  • Take on a leadership role as a mentor, preceptor, and role model, promoting excellence in nursing practice.
  • Work collaboratively with nursing staff and managers to identify education priorities and address learning needs, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, demonstrating commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Relevant post-registration qualification in education or equivalent experience, showcasing expertise in instructional design and delivery.
  • Proven ability to deliver education and apply learning and assessment principles, driving student success and achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
