Join Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) as a Clinical Nurse Educator within our Medical Imaging team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment across both Gosford and Wyong Hospital, helping to build capability and confidence in our nursing workforce.

• Design, deliver, and evaluate education programs that build capability across the nursing workforce.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Provide day-to-day one-to-one teaching, support, and in-service education tailored to team and individual needs.
• Take on a leadership role as a mentor, preceptor, and role model, promoting collaboration and shared learning.
• Work closely with nursing staff and managers to identify education priorities and address learning needs.
• Contribute to the development and review of procedures and guidelines to ensure best practice is at the core of care.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant post-registration qualification in education or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering education and applying learning and assessment principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
• Current Drivers Licence
