Delivery Services Expansion Manager

A strategic and results-driven Delivery Services Expansion Manager is required to drive the growth of delivery services across multiple organizations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and business acumen, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to influence without authority.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in program management, operations, and cross-functional leadership. They will be able to work directly with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new and existing programs, delivering challenging projects and goals across multiple organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategic processes to improve end-to-end outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with other business units globally to share best practices and improve operational efficiency.
  • Conduct hypothesis-driven problem-solving to identify improvement areas and oversee all supporting analytics, including data mining, complex modeling, insight generation, and recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in program or project management, advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL, and a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related technical or quantitative field.

They will also have experience in driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership, as well as experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
