Job Overview

As a skilled maintenance technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our elevator, escalator and moving walk systems. Our high-performing service team is looking for a motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities effectively. If you have a qualified registered electrical license, valid full Australian driver's license and experience in managing critical breakdowns, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to maintenance activities and repairs as required
  • Respond to breakdowns on elevators and escalators in a timely and efficient manner
  • Carry out all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures, including health, quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with customers to maintain strong relationships in the local region
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified registered electrical license
  • Valid full Australian driver's license
  • Experience in managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder expectations
  • Motivated and self-starter who can manage workload and competing priorities
  • Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
  • A customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
