About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Team Leader to join our team at Acor Consultants Pty Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our company, both locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Leadership: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and profitability, while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Management and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to the civil team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality projects and services.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and delivering exceptional service to meet their needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: University engineering degree or equivalent, recognized by Engineers Australia, and a Chartered Civil Engineer (CPEng) designation.
  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, project management, and leadership, with a strong understanding of the civil engineering industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
