Job Title: Project Engineer

The position of Project Engineer is responsible for leading the planning, execution and delivery of civil construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a similar field, with 5-15 years of management experience on civil construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to achieve project goals.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities and the ability to manage conflict and client expectations.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a proven understanding of construction practices and procedures, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
