Senior Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a Senior Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading Change Management services on complex programs, working directly with clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Change Management services on complex programs
- Working with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective change management strategies
- Developing and implementing change management plans to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Senior Change Manager who has a proven track record of delivering quality outcomes through business change. You will have:
- 6-9 years of experience in Change Management
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with clients to develop and implement change management strategies
