Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of three workers, ensuring the care and feeding of birds and maintaining efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain compliance with laws and regulations, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage ventilation systems, including SKOV & Rotem.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience in poultry management with a comprehensive understanding of poultry husbandry.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of animal welfare standards, biosecurity, and regulatory compliance.
