About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team of operational crew members in delivering tasks in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and service, developing and implementing training programs, and monitoring and improving work processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Horticulture or related trade qualification
  • Substantial relevant experience in horticulture or turf maintenance
  • Computer literacy/proficiency in Microsoft Office and field work management software
  • Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety processes and procedures
