What You Will Be Doing In This RoleReporting to the Director of Procurement & Supply Chain, you'll lead a high-performing team managing warehousing, theatre stores, inventory, and logistics.
You'll drive efficiency, optimise inventory, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery of essential medical supplies.
Partnering with clinical and procurement teams, you'll ensure compliance, manage suppliers, and support critical healthcare operations with precision.Who We're Looking ForYou're a seasoned Supply Chain professional with at least 5 years' leadership experience, ideally in a hospital or healthcare setting.
You bring deep expertise in logistics, warehousing, and inventory management, and have successfully led teams of 10 or more in complex organisations.
With a strong grasp of hospital operations and medical products, you're confident managing stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement initiatives.You're highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or Technology One.
Physically capable and solutions-focused, you're ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, high-impact role.You'll have a Bachelor's degree in a Logistics/Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or Diploma of Logistics.
