Job Title: Clinical Redesign And Innovation Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovative and impactful projects aligned with the hospital's Operational Plan and NSW Health's Leading Better Value Care program.
  • Improve clinical care and performance to achieve the Quadruple Aims: Improved patient experiences, reduced costs, improved staff experience, and better health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the realisation of benefits from new facilities and models of care.
  • Design models of care for renal dialysis and chemotherapy services.
  • Work closely with clinicians to guide them on structuring clinical redesign projects, persevering through challenges, and showcasing innovations that result from your work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will need to demonstrate behaviours that reinforce our CORE Values: Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment. You will also require tertiary qualifications in a health-related field or equivalent practical experience, as well as project management, improvement, and change management skills.
