Job Overview

We are seeking experienced data experts to lead our analytics team in delivering actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage data-driven initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic advice on complex problems and exercise initiative and judgment.
  • Manage risks and resources across a range of activities.

Our Analytics Division provides insights on program effectiveness and financial sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and preparation from multiple sources.
  • Lead updates to and development of performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Conduct statistical and mathematical modeling, including cost-benefit analyses and scheme projection models.
  • Develop and present key analysis and insights tailored to stakeholders.

Essential criteria include:

  • Proven experience in data analytics supporting business strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in R or Python, including data manipulation and analysis.

Desirable criteria include:

  • Knowledge of statistical modeling techniques.
  • Experience solving open-ended, evolving business problems.

This is an initial 12 month contract opportunity.
