About the Position:

The Services Manager is responsible for leading the development and delivery of high-quality information and support services for families affected by childhood dementia.

This role will focus on building a service delivery ecosystem from the ground up, establishing foundational infrastructure systems and partnerships needed for comprehensive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of high-quality information and support services for families affected by childhood dementia
  • Build a service delivery ecosystem from the ground up including foundational infrastructure systems and partnerships
  • Develop and implement co-design processes and family-centered service development strategies
  • Maintain exceptional relationship management skills to ensure successful partnership development and collaboration
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

What You'll Achieve:

In this role, you will establish a comprehensive service delivery ecosystem that meets the complex needs of families affected by childhood dementia. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance the quality of life for these families.

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Developing and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to families affected by childhood dementia
  2. Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of integrated services
  3. Implementing co-design processes and family-centered service development strategies to meet the unique needs of each family
  4. Maintaining exceptional relationship management skills to ensure successful partnership development and collaboration
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
