Biomedical Engineer Position for Post-Market Surveillance

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Biomedical Engineer to join our team in post-market surveillance, ensuring quality services are delivered to customers and stakeholders. This position is well-suited for science/engineering graduates with sales/customer service experience or those looking to transition from an office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and align post-market surveillance documentation with Notified Bodies, Regulatory requirements, and cross-functional teams
  • Gather inputs from stakeholders and elevate at-risk findings to senior management
  • Prepare written analyses, summary reports, presentations, and customer deliverables for projects and work performed
  • Lead the processes for gathering information & statistics on complaints, including root cause analysis and recommendations for Management Review
  • Design and implement queries, procedures, and reports to address customer requests and project requirements

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant degree
  • Some experience in the medical device field is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy; you will be computer savvy
  • Ability to multitask, attention to detail, and analytical skills are essential

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
