This position plays a key role in strategic planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of project proposals and execution planning.

  • Oversee cost-loaded schedules, Earned Value Analysis (EVA) metrics, risk identification, change management, and performance reporting.

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Subcontracts, and internal stakeholders to drive effective planning and vendor engagement.

  • Ensure compliance with policies throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage transition from proposal phase to project execution through structured handovers.

  • Foster team development, training, and continuous improvement.

  • Maintain thorough documentation, records, and performance reporting.

  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance on all sites.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex projects or proposals.

  • Strong background in project controls including scheduling, cost control, and performance reporting.

  • Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) development for Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or construction contracts.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite.

  • Eligible for security clearance.

  • Minimum age: 18; fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business.

  • Experience in defence or secure environments.
