About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in our Nuclear and Capability Business Unit.

The successful candidate will establish and manage project teams, develop project management governance frameworks, and drive project execution across diverse portfolios.

Job Responsibilities
  • Establish, lead and manage project teams to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Establish schedule risk assessments and identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Support and develop project management talent.
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with defence and safety standards.
  • Report on project progress to senior leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years' experience in complex project environments.
  • Proven leadership in setting up project teams, managing project managers and coordinators, and developing talent.
  • Strong governance and process development capabilities.
  • Understanding of centralised services business models.
  • Skilled in managing diverse projects.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Jira, Cobra).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Autonomous, goal-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in technical or project management disciplines.
Eligibility Criteria

A current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level are required.
