Human Resources Business Partner Role

This role is an opportunity to join our People Experience Team and contribute to enhancing the lives of older Australians and individuals with disabilities. As a HR Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, influencing business outcomes through coaching, mentoring, and uplifting leadership capability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist HR background and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You will be skilled in handling employee relations matters, investigations, and change with professionalism. Additionally, you will have exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

In this role, you will diagnose, design, and implement practical HR and cultural solutions that drive business outcomes. You will also share data and insights that shape future people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • A strong generalist HR background and experience as an HRBP.
  • Proven experience in HR policy development, oversight, and EA support.
  • Skilled in handling ER matters, investigations, and change with professionalism.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant HR or Business qualification (or similar).
