Are you a people champion who thrives on making a meaningful impact? Feros Care is seeking a passionate and proactive HR Business Partner to join our People Experience Team on a 12-month full-time fixed-term contract. We're looking for someone with solid HRBP experience, ideally with a background in HR policy oversight and EA support.

What You'll be Doing:

• Be a trusted advisor to our leaders and employees, influencing business outcomes
• Coach, mentor and uplift leadership capability across the board
• Diagnose, design and implement practical HR and cultural solutions
• Handle employee relations with confidence, care and professionalism
• Share data and insights that shape future people strategies

About You:

• You've got a strong generalist HR background and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Proven experience as an HRBP, with a strong understanding of HR best practices
• Experience in HR policy development, oversight and EA support.
• Skilled in handling ER matters, investigations and change with professionalism
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• You hold a relevant HR or Business qualification (or similar)
