Hse Advisor – Construction
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety management across all construction sites.
This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to make a real difference in the delivery of projects and the well-being of our employees and contractors.
- To assist project teams in preparing and implementing HSEQ documentation
- To coach and advise site personnel on legislative requirements and changes to comply with company procedures
- To administer incident and hazard reporting processes and actions as per company procedures
- Health and Safety Management: Ensure that all sites have robust HSEQ systems in place to manage risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for site personnel to maintain competency standards and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Reporting and Auditing: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and report findings to management
- Cert IV in Health & Safety or Diploma preferred
- Minimum 3 years' experience in construction health & safety
- Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
