Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee workforce strategies within the Children and Families portfolio, homelessness, housing and disability portfolios or broad community services sector.
  • Lead projects to meet departmental objectives, including conducting research, analysis and implementation of complex projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization and with external stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach.
Required Skills
  • Strong coordination skills, policy knowledge with a proven track record of delivery.
  • Highly developed leadership, stakeholder engagement, communication and people management skills.
