Job Title: Patient Flow And Access Nurse Manager Remote Health Services
About the RolePatient flow and access nurse managers play a crucial role in ensuring that patients receive the right care, in the right place, by the right team. In this position, you will lead the coordination of patient flow and access across remote health services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient flow and access.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care delivery.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize timely access to care.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing patient flow and access strategies.

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current nursing/midwifery registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated understanding of principles, systems, and processes related to patient flow and discharge planning.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to lead a team with person-centered leadership.
