We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced account manager to drive sales growth and provide exceptional customer service.
About the JobThis role involves promoting and selling our products and services, identifying and generating client pipelines, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service across various communication channels, responding quickly and professionally to client inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling our products and services
- Identify and generate client pipelines using strong sales skills
- Build and nurture relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Deliver exceptional customer service across various communication channels
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- A minimum of one year of experience in the Forex industry
- Great willingness to learn practical financial knowledge and professional skills
- Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers
- Strong ownership of responsibilities, proactive in addressing challenges, and displaying a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian
